    1.ERP 如何判断订单能否发货？
    取 undeliver ，此状态下订单肯定是已经支付成功了的。
    2.unpay状态下 如果判断订单需要支付 预付款还是尾款？
    通过 pay_step来判断。
    3.ERP 如果做订单拦截？
    需要拦截的情况 主要有 买家发起退款 和信用卡拒付，分别对应 frozen 和 charge_back。退款结束后,订单状态可能会处于 trade_close 和 也有可能买家是部分退款,然后订单恢复退款前的状态。 信用卡拒付后,订单状态肯定是 trade_close
